They just completed my roof and a window and couldn't be happier with the customer service. Our sales rep Jim was great. He checked in after the first day to see how things were coming along. Then he just came back again to check on everything after it was finished to make sure it was perfect. And he didn't just check from the street, he got the ladder out, went up on the roof with tar/caulk, walked the entire area, checked all the flashing and boots and vents. One of the owners also came during the day after the job was completed to make sure everything was perfect. He also wanted to personally thank us for referring a neighbor. Top notch customer service and also one of the lower priced options. To top it all off we were going to have a defective window ripped out and replaced but they researched it, found it was warranted and got it replaced for us for free. "I called with a leaky roof on Monday. They put up a temporary tarp on Tuesday. They did a new roof the following Monday. I have a huge three family house. They did a complete tear off, replaced the roof with an attractive architectural shingle and did it all in two days. They repaired some trim that I didn't expect. Everyone was very considerate. They arrived with a large team of hard workers who worked from 8 AM till 8 PM. When they left there was not one scrap in the yard. You would've never known that they were there, except for the beautiful job on the roof.
